Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the MAIN Project online store (mainproject.shop), operated by Value Textile GmbH, Reutherstr. 13, 53773 Hennef, Germany.

2. Contract

By completing checkout you place a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The contract language is English or German.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Available payment methods are listed at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship from Germany. Details, rates and delivery estimates: see Shipping & Returns and checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal beginning on the day the goods are received. To exercise it, send us a clear notice, e.g. by email to info@valuetextilegroup.com or via the contact form. Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and complete. 6. Product Character

All pieces are garment-dyed and stone washed individually. Deviations in color, fade and wash marks between pieces are intentional characteristics of the product and do not constitute defects. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty law applies. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
