Shipping

Every order ships from our own warehouse in Hennef, Germany — the same place our family has run textile logistics for two generations.

• We ship within the EU with DHL
• Orders leave the house within 1–2 business days; DHL delivery takes 1–4 days from there
• Free shipping on all orders over 100€ — below that, rates are shown at checkout
• You receive an order confirmation immediately and a DHL tracking link as soon as your parcel ships

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting the day your order arrives.

• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all labels attached
• Start your return via the contact form — you’ll receive the return address and instructions
• Return shipping is paid by the customer — so please read the Sizing & Care page before ordering
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and check the return

Size Exchange

Wrong size? A direct exchange is possible — no need to return and reorder. Contact us via the contact form and we’ll set it up, subject to stock.

One thing to know

Every piece is garment-dyed and stone washed individually. Unique fades, wash marks and dye-soaked labels are the product, not a defect — that is what rough by intention means. Your statutory rights remain untouched.
